Billiards Suite	$ .00	Includes a spacious room with a sunset view of the downtown skyline, private bath, billiard/entertainment room with cable TV, VCR, mini-frig and microwave.
Lord Room	$ .00	Offers a queen-size bed and family heirloom furniture. The guests in this room may share a 1912 full bath. Cable TV and VCR are be available in a common living area.
Maid's Room	$ .00	Also has a queen bed and a shared bath. The indoor garden sunroom comes with this room and guests may wish to have their morning coffee here.
POLICIES: A deposit of one night is required with reservation. MC & Visa accepted. Full refund if cancelled prior to 48 hours of date for reservation. Check-in time between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. unless other arrangements are made in advance. All rooms are non-smoking. Pets are negotiable only in advance.
