Policies:
1.)   A deposit for one night's stay (referencing room(s) reserved & number of guests for said room(s)) is required with reservation.
2.)   MC & VISA accepted. (At present we are able to accept these by telephone, only.    We hope to have a secure order site in the near future.)
3.)   Full refund if reservation is cancelled prior to 48 hours of date for reservation.
4.)   Check-in time is between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. unless other arrangements are made in advance.
5.)   All rooms are strictly non-smoking.
6.)   Pets are negotiable only in advance.
7.)   Breakfast is served at 8:00 a.m. unless otherwise requested.
8.)   Check-out time is 12:00 pm (noon).
